Failed Payments, Subscription Suspension, and How Refunds Are Issued
OneTake subscriptions require successful recurring payments to remain active. When a payment fails, access to the service may be affected, and billing status determines whether a subscription continues, is suspended, or is canceled.
If a payment attempt fails, OneTake may retry charging the payment method on file. During this time, the subscription may remain temporarily active while payment retries are in progress. If payment continues to fail and is not resolved, the subscription may be suspended.
When a subscription is suspended due to failed payment, access to OneTake features may be restricted until payment is successfully completed. Suspension does not remove the account or delete content, but it does prevent continued use of paid features while the account is in a non-paid state.
Once payment is successfully resolved, access may be restored according to the subscription status. If payment is not resolved, the subscription may eventually be canceled, and access will end at that point.
Refunds are handled separately from payment failures. Refunds are not automatically issued because a payment fails, a subscription is suspended, or access is interrupted. Refund eligibility depends on the refund policy and the timing and type of the payment.
If a refund is approved, it is issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction. OneTake does not issue refunds via alternative methods, credits, or manual transfers. Processing time for refunds depends on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
Refunds are issued only for eligible payments and only when the refund request meets the conditions defined in the refund policy. Payments that are not eligible for refunds, including renewal charges and recurring subscription payments, remain non-refundable even if a subscription later becomes suspended or canceled.
Failed payments do not change refund eligibility rules. A payment that is non-refundable under the policy does not become refundable due to suspension, cancellation, or lack of usage.
If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly or need clarification on your subscription status, you can contact support with your billing details during business hours.
