Free Trials and Billing After Trial Ends
OneTake may offer free trials that allow you to access the platform for a limited period without an upfront charge. Free trials are intended to let users evaluate the service before starting a paid subscription.
During a free trial, you are not charged as long as the subscription is canceled before the trial period ends.
If the trial is not canceled before the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription and the first payment is charged using the payment method on file. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription and the first charge is processed, that payment is treated as an initial subscription payment. From that point forward, the subscription is subject to the standard billing and refund rules.
Canceling during the free trial period prevents any charge from being made. Canceling after the trial has ended does not reverse the charge that has already been processed.
After the first payment following a free trial:
- The subscription becomes active
- Billing continues according to the selected billing cycle
- Access remains available for the duration of the paid period
- Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy and applicable time limits
If a free trial converts into a paid subscription and the payment is successfully processed, canceling afterward stops future billing but does not automatically make the initial charge refundable.
Free trials may be limited to one per account and may not be available on all plans or promotions. Trial availability, duration, and eligibility are determined at the time the trial is offered. If you are unsure whether your account is currently in a free trial or when your trial ends, you can check your account billing details or contact support for clarification during business hours.
