How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

You can cancel or update your subscription at any time. There are two easy ways to do it, depending on what is most convenient for you.



Option 1. Cancel from your OneTake Account

  1. Go to your Account Settings.
  2. Open the Subscription tab.
  3. Click Manage my subscription.

This will take you to our payment partner’s portal, where you can cancel your subscription, update your billing details, or review your invoices.


Option 2. Request cancellation through the form

If you prefer, you can also submit a cancellation request using this form:

https://onfire.onetake.ai/update-subscription

Once submitted, our team will process the cancellation for you.


What happens after cancellation?

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to your features and remaining usage limits until the period ends.
  • After that, your account will move to the Free Plan.
