No Prorated Refunds for Unused Time
OneTake does not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time. When a subscription payment is processed, access to the service is granted for the full billing period associated with that payment, regardless of how much of the service is used.
If you cancel a subscription before the end of a billing cycle, your access continues until the end of the paid period. The remaining unused time is not refunded or credited. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Prorated refunds are not issued if:
- A subscription is canceled mid-cycle
- The service is not actively used
- A user stops using the product before the billing period ends
Once a payment has been successfully processed, it covers access for the entire billing period and is considered final under the refund policy.
This policy applies equally to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Yearly subscriptions
- Subscriptions started after a free trial
- Subscriptions canceled shortly after renewal
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not alter the status of the current billing period. Any remaining access time continues until the period ends, after which the subscription stops.
Unused time does not carry over to future billing periods and is not converted into account credits or partial refunds.
