Pricing Changes and Billing Notifications

OneTake may update subscription pricing from time to time. Pricing changes can apply to existing plans, new plans, or future billing cycles, depending on the nature of the change.

When a pricing change affects an active subscription, OneTake provides notice in advance of the change taking effect. Notifications are sent using the contact information associated with the account, typically by email. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that billing contact details remain accurate and up to date.

Pricing changes do not apply retroactively to charges that have already been processed. Any payments completed before a pricing update remain final and are not adjusted or refunded due to later price changes.

If a pricing change applies to a future billing cycle, the updated price will be charged starting from the next renewal date after the notice period has passed. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the price change indicates acceptance of the updated pricing.

If you do not agree with a pricing change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. Canceling prevents future charges under the updated price but does not reverse or refund payments that have already been processed.

Billing notifications related to pricing, renewals, failed payments, or account status are delivered electronically. OneTake does not provide paper invoices or physical billing notices. Missing or unread notifications do not exempt an account from billing obligations.

Pricing changes may vary by plan, billing cycle, or promotion. Any applicable changes are communicated directly to the account holder before they take effect.
