Support and Access for Archived OneTake AppSumo Plans
OneTake continues to support customers who purchased OneTake through AppSumo under legacy plans. These plans are considered archived, but they remain active for eligible users.
Access for Existing Customers
If you purchased OneTake through AppSumo, you retain access to your account and plan. Your AppSumo license remains valid, and you can continue using OneTake according to the limits and permissions defined by your original plan.
Features and Limits
All features, limits, and permissions remain exactly as they were originally licensed at the time of purchase. This includes:
- Monthly editing minutes
- Translation allowances (if included in your plan)
- Hosted or embeddable video limits
- White-label or custom domain access (if included)
Your plan is not automatically upgraded or downgraded unless explicitly stated.
Availability for New Customers
Archived AppSumo plans are not available for new purchases.
These plans were offered exclusively through AppSumo during earlier campaigns and are no longer sold. New customers must choose from OneTake’s current subscription plans.
Support for Archived Plans
Support remains available for users on archived AppSumo plans.
You can contact OneTake support for:
- Account access issues
- Feature clarification related to your licensed plan
- Technical issues affecting your usage
Support is provided within normal support availability and applies equally to archived AppSumo plans and current plans.
