Who the Refund Policy Applies To
The OneTake refund policy applies to users who purchase OneTake as a business or professional service. OneTake is offered for commercial and professional use, and subscriptions are treated as business-to-business transactions.
Because OneTake is provided as a professional service, consumer withdrawal rights that may apply to personal consumer purchases do not apply in the same way. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy terms agreed to at the time of purchase.
The refund policy applies to all paid plans purchased directly through OneTake unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer or agreement. This includes subscriptions started immediately, subscriptions that begin after a free trial, and subscriptions billed on a recurring basis.
Refund eligibility is assessed per payment and according to the conditions outlined in the refund policy. Not all payments are refundable, and eligibility depends on factors such as timing, payment type, and subscription status.
The refund policy applies equally regardless of:
- The country or region of the user
- The type of plan selected
- The level of usage of the service
Using the service for internal business purposes, client work, education, marketing, or professional content creation falls within the scope of the refund policy.
If a purchase was made on behalf of a company, organization, or client, the refund policy still applies to the account holder and the payment method used. Responsibility for understanding and complying with the refund policy rests with the account owner.
