Articles on: Publishing & Sharing

Can I Easily Publish My Videos in Training and Sales Platforms?

Yes. OneTake AI makes it straightforward to publish your videos to external training and sales platforms. Once your video is ready, you have two main options: sharing via a direct link or embedding the video player directly into your platform using an embed code.

Both options are accessed from the Share & Publish button in the top navigation bar of your OneTake AI editor.

How to Access Your Sharing Options

  1. Open your video project in OneTake AI
  2. Click Share & Publish in the top navigation bar
  3. A modal will open with two sections: Share or Embed (Recommended) and Downloads

Under Share or Embed (Recommended) you will find two link options:

Video + Transcript Copies a link that opens your video alongside its full transcript. Use this when you want learners to follow along with the content or reference specific sections of the video.

Video Only Copies a direct link to the video without the transcript. Use this for a cleaner viewing experience when the transcript is not needed.

You can paste either link directly into your platform — whether that is Systeme.io, Kajabi, LearnyBox, ClickFunnels, Teachable, Thinkific, or any other training or sales platform that accepts hyperlinks.

No additional video hosting account is needed. OneTake AI hosts your videos for free and the link is live immediately.

Important: Any changes you make to your video inside OneTake AI are automatically reflected on the shared link. You do not need to re-share or update the link after making edits.

Option 2 — Embed the Video Player

If your platform supports HTML embedding, you can place the OneTake AI video player directly onto your page.

How to get your embed code:

  1. Click Share & Publish
  2. Under Share or Embed (Recommended), click Embed the Player
  3. Click Copy Code
  4. You will see a confirmation: "Embed code copied to clipboard"
  5. Paste the embed code into the HTML section of your page on your training or sales platform

Platforms that support embedding include:

  • Systeme.io
  • Kajabi
  • LearnyBox
  • ClickFunnels
  • Teachable
  • Thinkific
  • WordPress
  • Any platform that allows you to insert custom HTML into a page

The embedded player works on password-protected pages and member areas. Because access is controlled by your own platform, you can restrict who sees the video without any additional configuration on the OneTake AI side.

Important: Just like with shared links, any edits made to your video in OneTake AI are automatically updated in the embedded player. You do not need to replace the embed code after making changes.

Option 3 — Download and Upload Manually

If your platform does not support links or embedding, you can download the video file directly and upload it manually.

  1. Click Share & Publish
  2. Under Downloads, select Video, Audio, or Both
  3. OneTake AI will generate your download link within a few minutes
  4. The download link will also be sent to your email so you do not need to stay on the page
  5. Once downloaded, upload the file directly to your platform

Note that with this option, any future edits made in OneTake AI will not automatically update the uploaded file. You would need to download and re-upload the video manually each time.

  • Downloaded files do not update automatically — re-download and re-upload after edits
• All sharing options are managed directly from the Share & Publish button in your editor
