Whitelabel hosting is not available on the Free or Occasional plans. You must be on the Pro plan ($39/mo) or Premium Studio plan ($149/mo) to use this feature.


What Whitelabel Hosting Includes


When whitelabel hosting is enabled on your account you can:

  • Host videos on your own custom domain — your video links use your domain instead of onetake.ai
  • Remove OneTake branding from the video player and sharing pages
  • Embed and share videos with unlimited views under your own brand
  • Use the OneTake Player — all the functionality of the hosted player remains intact, just under your branding


How It Works


Your videos continue to be processed and hosted by OneTake AI infrastructure. Whitelabel hosting changes how those videos are presented to your viewers — using your domain and removing OneTake branding — without affecting performance, playback, or any editing features.

This means you can share video links and embed the player on your website, course platform, or client portal, and viewers will only see your brand throughout the experience.
