How to change the project name, video title, author, and description

You can edit the project name, video title, author name, and description directly from the Customize Video section of your project. These details control what viewers see at the end of the video and on share links.

Where to find video details

  1. Open your video project
  2. Click Customize Video
  3. Scroll to the Video Details section on the right panel


This section contains the following fields:

Project name

Used only for your own reference inside OneTake AI. Viewers will not see this.

Video title

Displayed in the video and on share links

Author name

Shown in the video as the creator

Description

Appears on the video poster and shared pages

How to update the information

  1. Click inside any field you want to change
  2. Enter your new text
  3. Click Save to apply the updates


Your changes will be reflected immediately after saving.


Where these details appear


• At the end of the video

• On the video poster

• On shareable video links

Important notes

• The project name is internal only and helps you organize your projects

• The video title, author, and description are visible to viewers

• Always click Save to ensure changes are applied

This gives you full control over how your video is presented when shared or published.
