How to Share Your Video With Transcript in OneTake AI

When you share a video using the Video + Transcript option, your viewer receives a hosted page that includes both the video player and the full transcript side by side. This is the recommended sharing option for most use cases.

How to Share With Transcript

  1. Open your video in the OneTake AI editor
  2. Click Share & Publish in the top navigation bar
  3. The Share & Publish modal will open
  4. Under Share or Embed (Recommended), locate the Video + Transcript option
  5. Click Copy Link
  6. Paste the link anywhere you want to share it — email, Slack, a client message, or any private channel

The link is hosted by OneTake AI at no extra cost. Anyone with the link can access the video and transcript immediately

Notes

  • The transcript displayed is the one generated or edited within OneTake AI
  • You do not need to download or export anything — the link is live and ready to share immediately
  • If you update the transcript inside OneTake AI after sharing the link, the changes will reflect on the shared page
