How to Share Your Video Without Transcript in OneTake AI

The Video Only option gives you a clean, direct link to your video without the transcript panel. Use this when the transcript is not relevant to your viewer or when you want a simpler viewing experience.



When to Use This Option


Use Video Only when:

  • You are sharing a finished video for review or approval and the transcript is not needed
  • Your audience only needs to watch the video, not reference the text
  • You want a cleaner, distraction-free player for your viewer
  • You are sharing promotional or marketing videos where the transcript is irrelevant

How to Share Video Only

  1. Open your video in the OneTake AI editor
  2. Click Share & Publish in the top navigation bar
  3. The Share & Publish modal will open
  4. Under Share or Embed (Recommended), locate the Video Only option
  5. Click Copy Link
  6. Paste the link wherever you need to share it — email, a client portal message, Slack, or any direct channel


The link is hosted by OneTake AI for free. No separate video hosting account is needed.

Notes

  • The video is accessible to anyone with the link — no OneTake AI account required to view
  • This link does not include the transcript, even if one exists for the video
  • If you need the transcript included, use the Video + Transcript option instead
